Strategic Plans, outline strategic oriented goals (outcomes), objectives (outputs) for each of its main service delivery areas, key performance indicators and targets. The intention is that these goals and objectives lay the foundation for the development of the Annual Performance Plan. The Agency’s Strategic Plan sets out the Agency’s policy priorities as set out in the Minister’s performance agreement, Department of Transport’s Strategic Plan, programmes and project plans for a five year period, as approved by the Executive Authority.
